MX77 - I´m dealing with technical stuff for more than 30 years. I have some experience as territory manager - especially if it comes down to technical issues and service things.

Be honest to yourself - Estonia as a market is too small that smaller foreign companies are taking really care about local customers and their special needs. It is just impossible - you might even create higher costs than turnover.

Lativa is already another story - already the size of the country and the amount of inhabitions is another one - from my point of view it might be a base for installing a "Baltic dealer" - who might take care of local business and service quality. (Motorcycle example - MASH importer)

Üldiselt on Eesti klienditeenindus täiesti OK tasemel,

About the case you mentioned - I guess we had a long conversation over here in the forum and add / gamechanging arguments haven´t been posted up to now - so everybody should be able to get his own opinion out of this.
