To assume that we should act like German or some other nation is simply You as foreign should adapt with local country, doesn’t matter you live here or visiting as tourist. It’s the normal procedure world wide, not only here in small country.
As my old boss said once for some different situation - it’s simple FIFO rule. Btw, it’s not famous “first in, first out”. There are some other words.
