I think I got cheated at Motodepoo

I'm glad now we've the official statement from the dealer. I'm also glad that they accept in front of everyone that they did put wrong hours. How did that happen and how did they raise it in an invoice?

Now you can also see from my post and screenshot how I called them immediately to ask an explanation and they hung up telling me they'll call me back. Later, they even refused to pick my call. To me it immediately seemed like they don't want to handle it. I've also posted my interpretation of the first mail in the first post.

Now, second part, I included Kawasaki EU because my product is under warranty by them.

Thirdly, if they committed a mistake, they should have explained me immediately over call or email and refunded me the money. Not, ask me to again spend more money to visit them again. The owner immediately asked me that I'm blackmailing them by involving Kawasaki EU. Who am I supposed to go to if I've an issue with the dealer?!

Lastly, [mention]MOTODEPOO[/mention] I've refrained from sharing any names here. I've referred to everyone with their titles or business name. This is a violation of privacy. It is really visible how you treat protocols and regulations.
