If it is well known, and preferably also well communicated to all of their clients that something as simple and basic as an oil change really does take them 2.5 hours (or even "just" 2 hours, lets say they spent another 30 minutes on adding coolant and "checking brakes" or whatever sillyness like that) then I agree...it is what it is and just pay the bill or do it yourself. But is it so? Well, I dont go there to maintain any bikes so I cant say for sure, but it seems very highly unlikely. At least to the client here, it was not communicated beforehand. Neither does it seem to say on their website. For a comparison though, anyone can take a look themselves on their estimations on a variety of other jobs and make some conclusions https://motodepoo.ee/teenused

Anyway, argueing over this here seems to be a totally moot point, especially if they even agreed themselves quite quickly that they did indeed overcharge. If that 2.5h was specified factory hours for the job, thats what they would have answered period. Clearly it was not, and I suppose everyone who has ever done at least some basic stuff on their bikes, knows that it doesnt even take for an amateur that much time to do one of the most basic regular jobs. And quite frankly, if kawasaki actually specified 2.5h for an oil change on their bke for a professional technician...I think some japan guy would have made harakiri because of that  what an epic fail of engineering that would be!
In short, if someone goes ahead and charges me 2.5h labor for an oil change, I would have the same exact questions. And I mean a random mechanic here. If the licensed factory service charges me for 2.5h for an oil change and doesnt even offer any explanation (without me asking for it). Well, at the very least that would be the last time I went there. Then again, maybe all such epic BS is the very reason I almost never go to any mechanics, unless I dont have some pricey tools myself or the job is just so damn specific that it really cant be done myself.
For me the most curious thing in this is how they responded. Why create such crap out of something simple like that? If you really did spend the time, give the client an explanation...whether its sepcified hours or whatever it was that took the time. If you really didnt, just say and admit that yes, there was a mistake and we'll refund x amount. Thats it, pretty simple I would say
