The four-stroke engine of Kymco worked satisfactorily since 1996 in the Filly and at present also with the vehicles Agility 50/Agility 50 basic/Vitality 50 4T with success was used.
Starting from summer 2006 also still the Grossradler People S 50 4T associates with it.

The customers are content according to experience nearly with all features: Run-calmly, economically, quietly, no secondary act smoke.
Logically, also these vehicles drive 45km/h as per law only in the European Union, although they could do actually more.

All vehicles are throttled by a Variomatiklaufbuchse with notice, as well as an ignition unit (CDI) with speed limiter, in order to avoid finish turns of the engine in the case of the short, throttled translation.

Tipps for the drivers of Agility 50 basic drivers: With Kymco inadvertently a wrong Variomatiklaufbuchse was also inserted by the use of 10-tariff wheels to short throttle federation. Thereby these vehicles up to 63km/h, despite throttle drive! A Entdrosseln by means of completely open socket will not bring thus any longer much. These vehicles are kastriert compellingly by the dealers before distribution on 45km/h, but determine some dealers, the this give will not do....

Additionally all vehicles are very lean beduest, in order to fulfill the strict exhaust gas values shortly after euro 2 and euro 3.
Here the following is to be considered: The Agility 50 is partly delivered with Mikuni carburetors. This is recognizable from the label MIKUNI or from the discharge screw of the schwimmerkammer, which sits down at the schwimmerkammer. These carburetors can be equipped with main jets from the Kymco Zweitaktern. A nozzle 0,85mm is recommendable with series cylinder.
Agility's with Kymco carburetor (label KYMCO) cannot be reequipped because of another lead of thread of the nozzles in such a manner Diese carburetor recognize one by a discharge screw, which is attainable laterally right at the carburetor from above.

The secondary air system at the discharge opening does not represent a throttle, it serves only the afterburning burned fuel portions in the exhaust gas and is not NOT achievement-restraining. A throttle in the exhaust is thus missing.

In order to make the four-stroke engines somewhat faster (naturally forbidden), it is advisable to exchange first the Variomatiklaufbuchse (order bar in cybershop ).
Thus the terminal velocity increases depending upon operator's weight on up to 65km/h in the level. Here it is advisable to exchange the standard 6,5g-Rollen for 6,2g-Rollen in order to lose also at upward gradients not too much at achievement. Here at lower numbers of revolutions (upward gradients) the translation is kept somewhat shorter, whereby the engine can turn more highly and longer in its usable achievement volume remains.
The installation of another CDI without speed limiters is not meaningful on use of an unthrottled Variobuchse AND series carburetor, because the engine on the level hardly comes into the range of control and will become so hardly faster.
Consider please!
Only the open CDI to use, can be very harmful, because one can have then the engine merciless overturned and very fast a damage to the engine.

We come to the Radikaltuning, the exchange of the cylinder for capacity increase!!!
The cylinder came 2005 on the market, was however because of the enormous demand sells off immediately and was then eternal in the delivery arrears. We hope that this 2006 become better. We before-ordered sufficiently and already supplies received.
Now to the change:
A condition for this is naturally for the optimal Lesitungsentfaltung first times the distance series throttles (Variobuchse and CDI ) and the installation of the main jet with min 0.85 mm. If necessary exchange the nozzle or the original nozzle suitably ream. This improves the natural cooling of the engine and is not not too fat with 80ccm.

The change is by far more complex than with the Zweitakter, but only for to some extent experienced nut runners nevertheless one thing of approx. 2Stunden.
That is because of it that one cannot cultivate the cylinder head simply ab-und again, but also the tax times of the valves correct to adjust must, because one causes a damage to the engine otherwise completely fast with the first starting attempt!!!

The performance increase obtained thereby is enormous (if one this word in this capacity class times to use may)!!!
The scooter pulls immediately cleanly through on 60 and more, one must hold back itself not to drive directly full power. Few mm gas are sufficient with 60km/h, in order to hold the speed. We go even so far that one should bring the cylinder in with open Variobuchse, but with throttled CDI (500km with max 50-60km/h are already meaningful), in order to avoid an unintentional finish turns.

In the case of use with series throttles one has likewise an insanity suit, which does not run scooters however faster than permitted!

, is this goes a very meaningful Tuningmassnahme, because she draws hardly the attention of the police on itself (one is not faster than permitted...).

Now also the change is recompenced on easier Variorollen with a clearly improved suit, not only easily, but pleasantly noticeably.
If one wants still more, now also the installation of a harder counter-pressure feather/spring on the rear wheels is worthwhile itself, in order to keep the engine longer high Drehazhlen. Tuepfelchen on the I is then still the installation of another clutch with adjustable Federchen (Polini 2g Evo), however is sufficient the in series installed Federchen, the provided Austauschfederchen is unnecessary at the numbers of revolutions of the Viertakters here.

Thus one can keep up with acceleration problem-free with each open Zweitakter, the terminal velocity amounts to completely openly from us measured 75km/h (genuine! ), without damaging the engine, because at still higher speeds (those quite in it are) overturn the engine and valves and piston can then collide, because the valve springs do not withdraw any longer sufficiently fast the valves. A damage to the engine is in such a way pre-programmed.

Perhaps Tuningfanatiker interests it that the Agility basic has a longer transmission than the normal Agility and the Vitality50 4T because of its 10-tariff wheels. The change is thus quite possible (10-tariff transmissions on 12-Zoll-Motor), but it destroys a large part of acceleration with installation of another cylinder, also in resuming measures at clutch and Variomatik. The change is thus not recommended.

There is in the meantime also a sport exhaust WITHOUT EBE for this engine. It is sends chromium-plated, but somewhat louder than the original and pleases each police patrol removed far... Particularly on use of the large cylinder is in the lower speed range somewhat more torques (thus better suit) present, but as said: NO EBE!!!
Interesting about exhaust: The series exhaust does not become louder after installation 80's kits! One drives thus further quietly by the area.

About carburetor and air cleaner: Leave it everything in such a way, like it orignal is, with exception of the Beduesung. No sport air cleaner, no holes in the air cleaner box. It brings all nothing and makes only loud and remarkable. Apart from it the engine can lose thereby quite dangerously abmagern, therefore achievement and take damage. Thus: Let it be!
Consumption with kits and larger nozzle is by the way only approx. to 0,5L/100km more highly than with the original. That is quite painable.
